Discovery and specification
We go deeper: users, processes, integrations and risks. The output is a written specification, a proposed architecture, a phase plan and a fixed proposal, along with the Project plan, the Contract and an NDA. That document is yours even if we don't work together after it.
Design and prototype
A clickable prototype before a single line of code is written. Changing your mind here costs an hour. Three weeks later it costs three weeks.
Building in weekly cycles
Every week you see the progress on a live version and tell me what's off. No three months of silence followed by a big reveal at the end.
Testing and launch
Functionality, speed, security, SEO and analytics. Handover includes every access credential, the documentation and a recorded walkthrough, so the site is yours and not mine.
After launch
We measure what works, fix what doesn't and keep building. A support package with a fixed number of hours, or work as needed, whichever suits you.

I don't work with many clients at once, and that's a decision, not a limitation. When I take a project, it gets my full attention, from the first conversation to the last detail before launch.
Across 50+ projects I've learned that the most expensive mistake is never in the code. It's in the decision nobody questioned in time. A project that travels through five people
The salesperson promises, the manager relays, the junior executes, and you explain the same thing three times, slightly differently each time.
The code, the access and the data are yours
You get all of it at handover: the repository, hosting, domain, documentation. If you go to someone else tomorrow, the project goes with you and picks up where it stopped.

Because it would be invented. A price without understanding the scope is either too high so I can protect myself, or too low and then gets "corrected" later through extra invoices. I'd rather invest an hour in a conversation and give you a number that holds to the end of the project.
A website 3–6 weeks, a web shop 6–12 weeks, an app from three months up. The deadline is agreed before we start and is part of the proposal. It doesn't move because I estimated badly. If it moves because the scope changed, you know that at the moment the scope changes, not at the end.
Me. Design, build and communication all go through me, and that's why I don't work with many clients at once. For specific parts (photography, copy, more complex integrations) I bring in people I've worked with for years, but you still have one person to talk to and the responsibility is mine.
You do. At handover you get the repository, every access credential, hosting, the domain and the documentation. Nothing stays with me as leverage for future negotiations. If you go to someone else tomorrow, the project goes with you.
I choose the technology for the project, not the other way round. For sites and shops that's usually a proven, well maintained stack that doesn't lock your choices later; for apps the choice follows who will use it and how it needs to grow. If an off-the-shelf platform solves your problem more cheaply than custom, I'll tell you, even though a custom project suits me better.
That's normal and I plan for it, which is why the project runs in phases rather than as one big package. Smaller changes fit inside the agreed scope. Larger ones get a separate estimate before I start on them, so you decide whether it happens now, later or never. There are no surprises on the invoice.
