A shop that holds up under real traffic and real logistics.
Payments, fiscalisation, e-invoices, ERP, delivery and stock. Everything the customer never sees, and without which the shop doesn't work.
Do you recognise yourself in any of these?
You sell through Instagram messages
It works while orders are in the tens. At a hundred you lose half of them in the thread, and not one piece of data about what's actually selling.
The shop doesn't know what's in stock
A customer orders something you don't have, you apologise and refund. Every one of those costs more than the order was worth.
Fiscalisation and e-invoices are an open question
Either someone does it by hand every day, or you hope an inspection never comes. Both are expensive, just in different ways.
You have a shop, but nobody maintains it
The platform is out of date, updates don't happen, and whoever built it no longer answers email.
What exactly you get.
Concrete, with no "and much more". If something on the list isn't for you, it leaves the scope and it leaves the price.
- Category structure and search that leads to the product
- Payment integration (cards, Apple and Google Pay, bank transfer)
- Croatian fiscalisation and e-invoicing
- Connection to your ERP or accounting service
- Delivery and shipment tracking
- Migration of products and customers from your existing platform
- Editing interface and a recorded walkthrough
The process for this service.
At every step you know what we're doing, why we're doing it and what comes next.
Intro call
30 min · no charge
We talk about what you're building, where you are now and where you're going. By the end you know whether this is work for me at all, and if it isn't, I'll tell you who to call.
Discovery and specification
We go deeper: users, processes, integrations and risks. The output is a written specification, a proposed architecture, a phase plan and a fixed proposal, along with the Project plan, the Contract and an NDA. That document is yours even if we don't work together after it.
Design and prototype
A clickable prototype before a single line of code is written. Changing your mind here costs an hour. Three weeks later it costs three weeks.
Building in weekly cycles
Every week you see the progress on a live version and tell me what's off. No three months of silence followed by a big reveal at the end.
Testing and launch
Functionality, speed, security, SEO and analytics. Handover includes every access credential, the documentation and a recorded walkthrough, so the site is yours and not mine.
After launch
We measure what works, fix what doesn't and keep building. A support package with a fixed number of hours, or work as needed, whichever suits you.
You don't have to take my word for it. Here's what is already live.
Investment
Payment runs in phases, tied to deliverables, not in full up front. Scope, deadline and price are set in the contract before anything starts.
The things people usually ask at the third meeting.
It depends on what you sell and how. An off-the-shelf platform is cheaper and faster while you stay inside what it already knows, and gets expensive the moment you step outside that. Custom is the other way round. In discovery we go through your range and your logistics and pick the one that won't be in your way in two years.
Yes, and it's part of the scope, not an extra billed later. If you already have an accounting service or an ERP, we connect to it instead of introducing a second system.
Yes. Migrating products, categories, customers and order history is a standard part of the job. Before the move we list what comes across and what we deliberately leave behind, because old shops always accumulate content nobody needs.
Existing ones come across in the migration. New ones you enter yourself, through the interface I hand over along with a recorded walkthrough. If you have thousands of items and a supplier feed, that gets automated.
Six to twelve weeks, depending on the number of items and integrations. The deadline is part of the proposal and is agreed before we start.
A web shop is the one thing I really wouldn't leave without maintenance: payments, security and updates need regular attention. A support package starts at €100 a month, with no year-long contract.
Do you actually need something else?
If you have an idea worth doing properly, the first step is a 30 minute conversation.
No proposal and no pressure. You tell me what you're building, I ask the questions nobody has asked you yet, and by the end you know whether it's feasible, roughly what it costs and what the next step is. Whether or not we end up working together.
