2. Subject of these terms

These terms govern the use of the website webica.hr, including all of its parts and content: the presentation of services, the portfolio of completed projects, indicative investment ranges and the contact form.

By using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

3. Rules of use

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law and the following rules:

• No sending of spam or malicious code (malware), and no attempts to compromise the security or stability of the site.
• No automated scraping, bulk downloading of content or attempts to bypass security mechanisms.
• No misrepresentation of identity in the contact form.

I reserve the right to block access for users who breach these rules, without prior notice.

4. Investment ranges are not an offer

The amounts stated on the site are indicative ranges, not a price list and not a binding offer. The final scope, deadline and price are set in a proposal and a contract after we discuss the project, and may differ from the ranges given.

The delivery times stated alongside individual services are estimates based on previous projects and depend on the scope, the availability of materials and the speed of feedback.

5. Projects shown and testimonials

Projects in the portfolio are shown with the clients' permission and serve as a record of work completed. Client sites live on and keep developing, so their current appearance may differ from the state at handover or from the screenshot shown on this site.

Client testimonials are authentic and published with their permission. Results achieved on one project are not a promise of the same outcome on another.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site, text, graphic elements, photographs, code, design, brand and logos, is owned by the service provider (STU DEVELOPMENT, sole proprietorship for services) or used with permission. Client logos and trademarks are the property of their holders and are shown solely to identify work completed.

The content may be used for personal, educational and informational purposes. Commercial reproduction, distribution or modification of the content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. External links and services

The site contains links to and integrations with external services:

• Calendly, call scheduling
• rent.webica.hr and ai.webica.hr, my own products, with their own terms
• Instagram and Facebook, profile links
• The websites of clients shown in the portfolio

I am not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of external services. By using those links you are subject to their terms and rules.

8. Availability of the site

I make every effort to keep the site highly available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical problems. I am not liable for damage arising from unavailability.

9. Privacy

How personal data is collected and processed is described in detail in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect on publication on this page. The current version is always available here, and the date of the last change is given at the top of the document.

By continuing to use the site after changes are published you are deemed to agree to the new terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Anything not regulated by these terms is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
